Good afternoon from the Kitchens at the Vineyards at Pine Lake.
This is the first installment of what I hope to be a forum of information and, hopefully, entertainment. The emphasis is to be a vehicle with which I might be able to answer questions, touch on topics of current interest and let everyone know what is going on here at the Vineyards and in the Kitchens.
I emphatically encourage you to contact me and let me know what you would like to discuss and/or learn about with this blog. More than just recipes (but that can definitely be an aspect of this posting) I would like to know what interests you and how we can learn and grow together in the world of food, beverage and hospitality.
The world of food and wine is much more clever than I will ever be. That being said, my friends, let me know where you would like to explore; what you would like explained or demonstrated and I will do my very best to pass information along as we grow together.
